Classes
Classes are held in Brockhill Village, Defford, Drakes Broughton, Eckington, Kempsey, Pershore, Pinvin, Rushwick, Twyning and Upton upon Severn.
All classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners and intermediate options are offered throughout so you can work at your own pace. There is also a beginners class on Monday at 6pm (Rushwick) and Tuesday at 7.30pm (Pinvin) if you are looking to start gently and build your confidence. Plus a live online option on Thursdays at 6pm that you can do from anywhere.
You can choose between pay as you go for £9.50 per session or block book to guarantee your place and save money. You can book for any block at £8.50 per session for once a week, £7.50 per session for twice a week and £7 per session for three times a week.
Each week we complete a full body workout. Some weeks we use stretchy bands to strengthen our arms and upper body, other weeks we use the heavier bands over our legs to improve shaping and tone. We even use Pilates Circles and balls to intensify the workout or long bands for reformer inspired moves, these are all provided and optional, you can introduce them when you are ready.
You will need to bring your own mat to class. If you are studying online you will need to provide your own ball, circle and bands.

Thank you for these fabulous classes, I can feel the difference already, after just a few weeks, in terms of strength and conditioning and reduction in back problems. The classes are challenging but easy to follow. I haven’t tried Pilates before, only yoga. This is so much better. I look forward to class every week and even though I am a beginner, I’m getting so much out of it. You’re a great teacher.
