Online Pilates
You can book each class individually online or book for a whole block to save money. Each class is £8.95 or £8 if you book the whole block. You’ll need a ball, a band and a circle and I’ll send you links to buy them when you sign up. All of the items are inexpensive and cost about £30 in total, with the added bonus that you can keep them and workout at home anytime. You’ll receive a Microsoft Teams link when you sign up.

Finding time to workout can be hard when you have work and family to negotiate. Live online classes make you feel part of a group but with the added convenience of studying from anywhere. The whole family can join you for the price of one class, just £8.95.

Sometimes you just need some time to yourself to recharge. Shut out the world and immerse yourself in 50 minutes of mind and body connection without leaving the comfort of your surroundings. In just a few sessions you will feel stronger, more toned and more focused.

Take your time
All classes are suitable for everyone and you can work at your own pace. You’ll get a list of what to buy for the classes like bands, ball and circle and you can have your camera on or off, whichever makes you feel more comfortable.
